Our hospital does not have Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Otolaryngology. Therefore, we can not provide medical examinations. Patients with a body temperature of 37.0℃ or higher are considered to have a fever in Japan, and may not be able to see the doctor unless they take a corona-virus test (approximately \40,000).
We provide out-of-hours medical care in the afternoon, therefore, it may not a medical examination by a specialist. It will be for first aid only.
Please be advised that the order of your consultation may change due to emergency situations.
We recommend taking an appointment.
Patients without an appointment may wait longer.
Allocation of functions and services are coordinated between hospital and local clinics according to government law. Patients with common symptoms are asked primarily to visit local clinics. First visit patients without referral letters from other clinics or hospitals are asked to pay 7,700 yen as the 'Fee for Treatment of Patients’ Choice' in addition to other medical fees.
(1)Reception
First please go to counter number ③ and fill in documents necessary for your consultation. Please hand in personal identity documents if you have any with you (e.g. passport).
(2)Consultation
Please wait until you are called. After your consultation, please hand in your documents at counter number ② and receive a new number card for the payment.
(3)Payment
When it is your turn, please complete your payment at counter number ① or at the automated paying machine.
If you do not have Japanese medical insurance, you will have to pay the full amount of your medical expenses. In cases where we receive notification ensuring insurance coverage from your insurance company, we will bill the insurance company.
If you need a medical certification, please notify the staff at the time of reception. If you need a medical certification or other documents to hand in to the insurance company using their designated format, please understand that ample time will be necessary.
We do not issue medical certificates by E-mail or by post overseas. Also, medical certificates may not be issued after hours or on holidays.
Please use counter number ① located on the first floor of the main building. Credit card payments are accepted.
